Each week we will focus on one plant that is in season- how to identify, what properties each plant contains, and how to use them to enhance our every day life, using a variety of reference materials.
After a few weeks of study, we will offer workshops on how to take this acquired plant knowledge and use it to make tinctures, infused oils, salves, and medicinal tea blends
Cost: $10 (or equal trade)
Bring your own study notebook to fill with information, including room for sketches - and any reference material to learn from.
Send us a message or email themajesticartcafe@gmail.com with any questions/to enroll in the group study

'Burdock has many correspondence to Jupiter, king of the planets. The anabolic process of building up the body is ruled by Jupiter as well as the detoxification of waste products- if these are affected it will generally impact the liver and digestion. Jupiter plants will oftentimes be specific for damp/stagnation tissue states, or heat/excitation with a dampness underneath it. Here we use alteratives to cleanse and detoxify someone and then reset the digestive Fire so that these accumulations will not occur again - Burdock does just so.'
